OsteoFlow specializes in treating the following:

Back Pain & Muscle Tension
Acupuncture can relieve muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and alleviate pain caused by stress, overuse, or injury. By inserting needles into specific points, acupuncture helps relax tight muscles and reduce pain, making it an effective treatment for conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, aching legs, knee pain, and foot issues.

Stress & Anxiety
Stress and anxiety often manifest as physical tension and muscle tightness in the body. Acupuncture promotes relaxation and helps to reduce levels of stress hormones like cortisol. By balancing the body's energy, acupuncture can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

Headaches & Migraines
Headaches and migraines can be triggered or exacerbated by muscular tension in the body. Acupuncture techniques that target the neck, shoulders, and head can help alleviate tension headaches and reduce the frequency and severity of migraines by releasing tight muscles and improving blood flow to the affected areas.

Respiratory & Allergy Issues
Acupuncture could help respiratory and allergy issues by stimulating points that enhance immune function and reduce inflammation, which can alleviate symptoms such as congestion and sinus pressure. It also promotes the release of natural antihistamines, improving overall respiratory health and reducing allergic reactions.

Chronic Pain Conditions
Acupuncture is beneficial for managing chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, or chronic back pain. By stimulating the body's natural painkillers and improving circulation, acupuncture can reduce pain perception, decrease muscular tightness, and enhance overall comfort and quality of life for those with chronic pain.

Digestive Issues
Acupuncture could help digestive disorders by stimulating specific points on the body to regulate the autonomic nervous system and promote gastrointestinal motility. This can reduce inflammation, improve blood flow to the digestive organs, and enhance overall digestive function.
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of ultra-thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to balance energy flow (known as Qi) and support your body’s own healing systems. Techniques may include Tui-na (therapeutic massage), cupping, or focused needle work depending on your needs.

During treatment, you’ll relax comfortably while we promote circulation, reduce tension, and encourage relaxation. Many clients describe the experience as calming, soothing, and rejuvenating
