Sarah graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in 2013 with a Masters in Osteopathy and has since taken her skillset not only around Australia but to Canada.

Sarah started work as an osteopath in a small country practice in Victoria, Australia before she moved back to the city to work in Melbourne for a following two years. After discovering the travel bug and wanting to work and live in Canada Sarah moved to Toronto to work in an elite sports clinic. Here she treated many sports professionals, weekend warriors and business professionals before she had enough of the city life and she moved back to Australia where she lived in a campervan and worked in another country practice.

The pandemic saw her move back to the city of Melbourne to work while she planned her move out here to the Atlantic Coast with her maritime partner and dog.

Sarah has had exposure to a wide range of clients, from elite athletes competing on the world stage to farmers in the country and everyone in between. Sarah uses a direct approach to treatment and is passionate about finding the cause of a persons complaint and not just treat the symptoms. Sarah has completed extra studies in dry needling, kinesiotaping, women’s health and is completing her studies in clinical pilates. She uses a direct approach to treatment using firm soft tissue techniques, joint articulation and mobilization (if required) and muscle energy techniques. Due to Sarah’s wide range of experience with different clientele she is able to tailor her treatment to each individuals needs; whether that be a firm approach or a more gentle approach. In addition to hands on techniques Sarah provides sound advice and education on workplace ergonomics, rehabilitation and appropriate exercise prescription.

Sarah has experience in treating competitors in the world class Ironman competition, national dragon-boaters and rowers to tennis players, golfers, hockey players and children in sport. She is also interested in treating parents, desk workers and trades people. She is interested in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints including headaches and neck pain, back pain, postural complaints, pregnancy and postpartum issues.

When not treating you will find Sarah exploring all of the trails New Brunswick has to offer with her dog, traveling with her partner and dog or relaxing watching the latest Netflix hit.
